SCHOOL INFORMATION
The Queensland University of Technology (QUT) located in Brisbane, the capital city of Queensland, Australia, QUT (Queensland University of Technology) is the second-largest research university in the state. The institution traces its origins back to the Queensland Institute of Technology, founded in 1849, and officially became a comprehensive university in 1990. Currently, QUT operates two campuses in Brisbane: Gardens Point and Kelvin Grove.
QUT boasts an impressive graduate employment rate of 95% in Australia, surpassing the national average among universities.
According to the QS World University Rankings 2020, QUT ranked 12th nationwide and 224th globally. Notably, its Nursing program is ranked 16th globally, while its Arts and Design program holds the 41st position worldwide.
The QUT Business School is the first in Australia to earn accreditation from all three of the world’s leading accrediting bodies—AMBA, EQUIS, and AACSB—achieving the prestigious "Triple Crown" status. This distinction is held by less than 1% of business schools worldwide.
