University Introduction
Monash University (English name: Monash University ) is a large research comprehensive university in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. It was founded in 1958 and named after Sir John Monash, a well-known Australian engineer, military officer, and public administrator. . Monash University's business school ranks in the top 1% of the world, ranking first in the " Australian Alliance of Eight Schools ". It is also one of the few in the world that has the International Association of Elite Business Schools ( AACSB ), the European Quality Development Certification System (EQUIS), the British One of the Association of MBAs ( AMBA ) triple accredited universities.
The school currently has eight campuses, six of which are located in urban Melbourne. The main campus and administrative center are located in Clayton, southeast of Melbourne. The other branches are located in Suzhou, China, Mumbai, India, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and Ramsey, Johannesburg, South Africa. Ruimsig and has a research center in Prato, Italy. Monash University is a member of the Group of Eight in Australia and one of the top fifty universities in the world. The school is world-famous for its excellent teaching and excellent scientific research, and enjoys a high reputation.
